Konstella Resolution: Getting Your Student in the Right Classroom

 

NEW to Serene Hills Elementary?

 

1) Use the link in your teacher’s welcome email or go to serenehillspto.org/konstella and click "Register at this link".

2) Follow the prompts to register; once registered, you’ll be able to add your student to the correct classroom.

RETURNING parent?

 

1) Register using the link in the welcome email OR serenehillspto.org/konstella → "Register at this link".

2) Update your child’s classroom:

Via computer:

• Go to your name/settings → "Children".Select "Change Classroom".

• If your child isn’t listed, add them.

• If the system says "Your child was found… Create new or merge?", choose Merge to avoid duplicates.

 

In the Konstella app:

• Verify your email and set up your child.

• If prompted with "Your child was found… Create new or merge?", choose Merge.

 

Helpful App Navigation Tips:

• School House (bottom menu): School-wide news feed + class announcements.

• Messages:Delete old messages by swiping left. Access your class board, send private messages, join committees, or join a classroom.

• Directory:Browse Classrooms – Find class lists & parents who’ve shared info.

• Browse Committees – Sign up to volunteer.
