Extended Care Services

Online Registration begins July 1st at 10:00 a.m. Don't Delay, spaces are limited.

  • Early Registration Fee (July 1- August 1) $35 required yearly with registration

  • Regular Registration Fee (August 2- Ongoing) $45 required yearly with registration

  • All Students must re-enroll every school year.

  • If a student needs to stay in Extended Care on the first day of school, we must have the online form completed with Extended Care office to stay in Extended Care.  Otherwise, you will be called to pick up your child from school.

LTISD Transportation Services

It is important for you to enter your child's dismissal information into School Dismissal Manager. Bus Routes and estimated morning pick-up times can be found on the transportation page of the district website (See button below) or call with any questions.

 

Students who plan to ride the bus to and from school must enroll for transportation services.  Transportation enrollment forms are included in the 2019-2020 New Student Enrollment Packet and 2019-2020 Returning Student Packet.  To access those forms, please visit the Enrollment section of the District website.

School Dismissal Manager

Utilize the School Dismissal Manager (SDM) system to communicate any changes in transportation for your child(ren).  An initial email about setting up your SDM will be sent to parents prior to the first day of school.  Please do not call or email the schoold to make trasnportation changes except in emergency situations.  All changes need to be made by the parent through the SDM before 1:30pm daily.

7:20 AM- Drop off begins and doors open:

The only drop off areas are in the front of the school (K-2nd) and the playground side lot (3rd-5th). Please do not drop off your child from Trophy DriveThis area is not set up for drop off and has no staff supervision. If you choose to walk your children across streets, please use designated crosswalks. The police have been ticketing cars parked along the fire lanes. It is also very important that no children are dropped off outside prior to 7:20 as a matter of safety. Thank you for your help keeping all students safe.

7:40 AM- Tardy bell rings & day starts

3:00 PM- Dismissal bell rings & day ends:

Car riders: K-2nd (and older siblings) are picked up at the front of school. You will receive a car tag when school starts. Please use car tag. 3rd-5th students are loaded in the lanes by the playground. 5th only are in the left lane and 3rd-4th are in the right lane closest to the fence.

Bike riders:  Bike riders may park on Trophy Drive side of campus and will exit with Escorted or Unescorted Walkers and Bike Riders (depending on grade).

Unescorted walkers and bike riders (3rd-5th): A teacher takes students to middle back doors dismissing from classrooms at 3:00. Siblings meet there and exit. They walk on sidewalk and use marked crossing. Unescorted bicycle riders walk their bikes off campus and through the marked street crossing. 

Escorted walkers and bike riders (K-2nd): Teachers take students to exit at the end of building near teacher parking lot on Trophy Drive side. Teacher verifies adults picking up students. Siblings meet and exit together. No cars may park in teacher lot. Please do not park along Trophy Drive. This option is only for walkers/bike riders. 

Skyward Family Access

Skyward Family Access is a secure, internet-based student information system that replaces txConnect. Skyward Family Access will allow easy access to view student attendance, behavior/discipline, calendars, demographic data, enrollment, health information, grades, schedules and transcripts. It is a free service available to all parents, guardians and students enrolled in the Lake Travis Independent School District. 

Login Information and Assistance

Parents and guardians are required to log into their Skyward Family Access account and complete district forms essential for the start of school including the 2019-2020 Returning Student Packet.

Beginning Monday, July 29, a unique login and instructions for setting your password will be provided via email directly by Skyward Family Access to all parents and guardians of students enrolled in Lake Travis schools.

Please note, Skyward Family Access will not include athletics, food and nutrition services, student drug testing and transportation information, nor will it replace Schoology, the district's Learning Management System used by our teachers districtwide to deliver courses and content online.

For assistance with your login or password, contact the Lake Travis ISD Help Desk or via email. Login names and passwords are automatically generated by the Skyward system at time of enrollment. Your name, your student's name, and campus will be required to locate your account.
